What are the delivery charges?

We have implemented a simple pricing policy to offer you the best flexibility in Metropolitan France:

  • Delivery to a Pickup Point (via Mondial Relay):

    • FREE for all orders. The choice of collection point is made directly on the interactive map when finalizing payment.

  • Home Delivery (Metropolitan France):

    • A flat-rate surcharge of €4.90 is applied.

    • Free home delivery is offered for all orders over €50 .

What is the delivery time?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours . Standard delivery time is then 3 to 5 business days . A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver to several European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

How do I care for my embroidered cotton items?

To preserve the delicacy of the embroidery and the quality of our cotton:

  • Machine wash cold ( maximum 30°C ).

  • Use a delicate cycle or a laundry bag.

  • Do not use bleach or tumble dryer (air dry).

Are your products really 100% cotton?

Yes. Our romper is made from 100% Oeko-Tex certified cotton , selected for its hypoallergenic properties and softness. We guarantee healthy fibers for your baby's sensitive skin.
