Return and Refund Policy
At Etika Paris , your satisfaction and trust are our top priority. If, for any reason, the size or product is not suitable, you have a period of time to return it to us.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request an exchange or a refund.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS
In order for your return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in new and unused condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

All original labels must remain in place.

The clothes must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
Note: Any item returned dirty, stained or without a tag will not be eligible for a refund.
3. RETURN PROCEDURE
To make a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us: Send an email to contact@etikachange.com indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.

Validation: Our team will send you the return instructions, as well as the postal address to use for shipping.

Shipping: Return the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure you receive your package.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective item or shipping error).
5. REFUND
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item's condition, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days of validation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
